Marston's Pub Company Agreements
Pathway Tenancy presents an excellent option for running a pub. It offers a great opportunity for a traditional tenancy lasting for five years.Open House Lease is for those people looking for a long-term agreement with the opportunity to create and sell their own business. Open House leases can last from 10 to 30 years.
Volume Tracker Agreement lets you know exactly what you have to pay each month and you pay in line with how you are trading from month to month. This is a great benefit as your rent is not fixed.
Premium Tracker Agreement will guarantee your Personal Income for up to 6 months and is is an ideal agreement to assist and help you in the early stages of building your business.
