Great Pubs, Great People

We don't interfere and tell people how to run their business. We believe in building the best possible business relationships by helping our licensees celebrate their own success but at the same time giving them all the help they need.

We have received national recognition for our commitment to training and development, and we have achieved the Investor in People standard in all areas of our business. investor in people logo

For our retailers, we provide advice from some of the most experienced people in the trade, all committed to help you make money, gain security and be competitive in your local area.

You'll find us honest and fair in all our dealings. It's all part of our successful approach to successful pubs

Business Opportunities Team

This versatile team is usually the first point of contact for people enquiring about our available pubs. They answer the phones, follow up on emails, and sort through the various enquiry forms that arrive on our doorstop daily. When not in the office they can be found running a nationwide Open Day programme, or exhibiting at various trade shows around the UK.

The Business Opportunities Team are familiar with all the requirements that you'll need to start along the path towards runnning your own pub, and are ready and willing to answer any questions you may have about our exciting business opportunities.

Whether you have a specific pub vacancy in mind or would just like to know how the industry works, this team will have the answer for you. You can contact them on 0844 848 3236 or by using the contact form on this site.

Training

It makes good business sense to protect your investment, start up costs can vary depending on the business opportunity available but it may not be as much as you think (please contact us to discuss). We believe this can be helped by investing in yourself and your team, whether you're new to the industry or have a lifetime of pub retail experience behind you!

Our Skills Bar Programme looks at all aspects of training, from the mandatory initial training programme, to general business skills and specific staff training to help with reopenings.
